Jimi Hendrix was one of the biggest innovators of the electric guitar. His approach to lead guitar, guitar tone, and rhythm guitar are unmistakable. The reason why he was so remarkable was that he put it all out there. He was the total package. He would be singing, playing rhythm, lead guitar, and fronting the band with ease, all at the same time.
For today's show I focus on jimi's chord work. I broke down the most interesting aspects of his rhythm playing into three sections.
