Today, I compare three computer based amp and effects software . They are:
- Bias Amp 2
- Scuffham S-gear 2
- Overloud TH3
The goal of today's comparison is to get the best usable sounds with a minimum of effort.
I have picked three tones that are very important building blocks in my teaching and playing. They are:
- Clean (Fender Type)
- Dirty (Marshall Type)
- Lead (Saturated Marshall Type)
In today's show, I demonstrate each type of tone across all three plugins. Then, I combine all of them to see how they would fit in a recording of a song.
